Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Storedropz and the services we provide.

Please read them carefully before creating an account or subscribing.

Storedropz Terms of Service

Effective date: 06/26/2026

Storedropz is operated by Lesk Inc ("Storedropz," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Storedropz, including our website, onboarding flow, storefront software, setup services, admin tools, checkout tools, integrations, and related services.

By using Storedropz, creating an account, submitting onboarding information, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Storedropz Provides

Storedropz provides storefront and drop-commerce tools for outlet buyers, personal shoppers, resellers, live sellers, and similar businesses.

Our tools may help you create storefronts, organize product drops, display products, collect orders, connect third-party payment methods, and manage basic selling workflows.

Storedropz provides software, setup support, and related tools. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, traffic, customer demand, conversion rates, or business results.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use Storedropz only for lawful business purposes.

You agree not to use Storedropz to sell, promote, or distribute:

  • illegal products;
  • counterfeit products;
  • stolen goods;
  • restricted or prohibited items;
  • products that infringe intellectual property rights;
  • products that violate platform, payment processor, shipping, customs, or marketplace rules;
  • fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or misleading offers.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your store, products, activity, or conduct creates legal, security, payment, reputational, or operational risk.

3. Accounts and Store Setup

After payment, Storedropz may prepare your storefront and send access details to the email address you provide.

You are responsible for providing accurate onboarding information, including your name, email, WhatsApp number, store name, preferred store link, language, currency, and plan selection.

We aim to launch stores within the timeline shown during checkout, usually within 24 hours, but timing may vary depending on payment verification, accuracy of submitted information, technical issues, third-party services, or other circumstances.

4. Plans, Billing, and Setup Fees

Storedropz may offer monthly and yearly plans.

Some plans may include a one-time setup fee. Setup fees cover work such as configuring your storefront, preparing your store link, setting up your store environment, applying branding or basic configuration, and preparing the store for launch.

Yearly plans may include promotional discounts or waived setup fees when shown during checkout.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other supported services.

Storedropz does not store full card details. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider.

By purchasing a plan, you authorize the subscription and any setup charges shown at checkout.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required by law or specifically stated otherwise, cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, yearly prepaid period, or setup work already performed.

If you cancel a monthly plan, access may continue until the end of the paid monthly period.

If you cancel a yearly plan, access may continue until the end of the prepaid yearly period, and the subscription will not renew.

7. Refunds

Setup fees are generally non-refundable once setup work has begun.

Subscription refunds, if any, are handled case by case and at our discretion.

We do not guarantee refunds because your store did not generate sales, customers did not respond, products did not sell, traffic was lower than expected, or your business strategy changed.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after services have been delivered, we may suspend your account, pause your store, restrict access, or request additional verification.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of access and collection efforts where permitted by law.

9. Your Products, Customers, and Business Operations

You are solely responsible for:

  • the products you sell;
  • product descriptions and images;
  • pricing;
  • taxes, duties, and customs;
  • shipping and delivery;
  • customer service;
  • refunds and returns;
  • disputes with your customers;
  • compliance with applicable laws;
  • compliance with payment processor rules.

Storedropz is not the seller of your products and is not responsible for your customer relationships or product fulfillment.

10. User Content

You may upload or submit content such as logos, product photos, videos, product descriptions, prices, store names, and other materials.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Storedropz a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Storedropz may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, WhatsApp, Telegram, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, and other platforms.

Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, fees, availability, and restrictions.

Storedropz is not responsible for outages, policy changes, declined payments, account restrictions, disputes, chargebacks, or limitations caused by third-party services.

12. Security and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to bypass authentication or authorization;
  • access another user’s store, data, account, or systems;

  • use Storedropz for spam, fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive activity;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the platform.

We may use rate limits, monitoring, security checks, fraud detection, and other safeguards to protect the platform.

13. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use customer information responsibly.

You may not export, misuse, sell, or share customer data collected through Storedropz in a way that violates law, customer expectations, or payment/platform rules.

14. Beta Features and Changes

Some features may be released as beta, experimental, limited-access, or early-release features.

Beta features may change, break, be removed, or work differently than expected.

We may update, improve, pause, discontinue, or change parts of Storedropz at any time.

15. Availability

We try to keep Storedropz reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party failures, hosting issues, payment provider issues, internet disruptions, security incidents, or other events outside our control.

16. Intellectual Property

If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storedropz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes lost profits, lost sales, lost customers, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or damages related to third-party services, payment processors, customer disputes, or product sales.
